Marcus Stroman has made clear he wants to engage in contract extension talks with the Chicago Cubs.The feeling is not mutual, according to Stroman. President of baseball operations Jed Hoyer has repeatedly stated over the years he does not talk about players’ contract situations publicly. Toronto police have released an image of a man wanted in an unprovoked attack against another man at a TTC subway station last month.Investigators say a 25-year-old man was approached by another man at the east entrance of the Downsview Park subway station just after 6 a.m. on May 27. Police say the suspect stabbed the man “without provocation” and then fled the scene eastbound on Sheppard Avenue West towards Allen Road. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The suspect is described as being between 30 to 35 years of age, approximately five foot nine with black straight hair and a moustache. HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. — Hoffman Estates police believe alcohol may be involved in a crash Saturday morning that left two teens dead.The three-car crash was reported just before 9 a.m. near Higgins Road and Barrington Road. DILLEY, Texas (KXAN) — The Texas Department of Public Safety issued an Amber Alert for two children who were abducted out of Dilley on Saturday.According to the Dilley Police Department, the first victim is 6-year-old Bea Borrego, who is described as a Hispanic girl, 3 feet 10 inches, weighs 50 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Bea was last seen wearing a black shirt.The second victim is 8-year-old Maya Borrego, who is described as a Hispanic girl, 4 feet, weighs 52 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A south St. Louis County church is repairing its LGBTQ display after damage suspected by a group of vandals. For the past several years, Concord Trinity Methodist United Church has put up an LGBTQ display on church grounds during Pride Month. Sometime between Friday evening and Saturday morning, a portion of it had been knocked down.
